freed by DNA

a man serves 20 years in jail for a rape he didn't commit. DNA tests proving his innocence. He has no friends, family, money, place to live or a job. The state gives him nothing and holds no responsibilty for their mistake.
sometimes, I really dispise how our government[s] act. The bullies are always the ones in power.
