took off from work today because of my back. It really hurts. I'm about to get in another hot bath, and after that I'm going to run out and buy some kind of medicine for my back. Pain cream, pills, whatever looks like it'll help.
I don't know why I'm getting so fucked up before the MEPs. It's such bad timing for it all.
